Enigma: 8th problem

Station X,                                               May 28, 1940

You have just completed your training in breaking
the Enigma keys.

This is your first operational job. The problem is
not too complex. You should come to the solution
all by yourself. Unfortunately the bombe has not
yet been delivered, it will be necessary to do all
the operations manually.

As these messages are the first to be transmitted
from the day, Herivelismus can be used.

The german use Cillies abundantly. The most
frequent ones are: QWE, QAY, EDC and YXC.

The German obey to two rules of the keys: the non-
clashing rule and the non-repating rule.
Here is the order of the wheels from the start of
the month :
(1) I-II-III,      (2) II-I-IV,      (3) I-III-V,      (4) II-IV-I,

(5) I-III-IV,      (6) II-I-III,    (7) I-III-II,   (8) II-I-V,

(9) I-II-IV,       (10) II-III-I, (11) I-II-V,    (12) II-III-IV,

(13) III-I-II,    (14) I-III-V, (15) II-IV-III, (16) III-I-IV,

(17) II-IV-V,     (18) I-V-II,     (19) II-III-V, (20) I-V-III,

(21) III-I-V,     (22) I-V-IV,     (23) III-II-I, (24) I-IV-II,

(25) III-II-IV, (26) I-IV-III, (27) V-I-II

(there should not be a lot of walzenlage possible!)

Good luck !
