Hebern: 5th Problem

Washington                                May 11, 1924

Dear Laurence,

This challenge it is very close to the last one.
The keyboard permutation corresponds to the
identity but this is not the case for the
Lampboard.

You don't know the rotor wiring. On the other
hand, you know the plaintext of an encrypted
message. You need to find the plain of a second
message.

Good luck !
