Hebern: 6th Problem

Washington                                May 7, 1924

Dear Laurence,

The next challenge is almost identical to the
last one.

You don't know the rotor wiring. On the other
hand, you know the plaintext of an encrypted
message. You need to find the plain of a second
message.

But unlike the previous problem, the cabling on
the keyboard side and the lampboard side does
not correspond to the identity permutation.

Good luck !
